Thanks to you all, it's been a good team to work with. Special thanks to Grace and Marika for their wonderful support throughout this process.

Now that all the track changes have been removed, I found a couple more trivial typos which I have corrected in the attached version, now dated 14 August rather than 13 August. The changes I have made are:

- Changed "uniquely effected" to "uniquely affected' in Section III Item 4

- Added a close bracket ")" after "(eg special-use registry" in Section III Item 9

- Deleted an unnecessary full-stop in Section IV second dot point

- Changed "care should be taking" to "care should be taken" in Section V third para

I have NOT used track changes, so the attached document is hopefully 'ready to go'.

In the event that there are non-trivial changes proposed by any of our chartering organizations, I guess there is a chance that our co-chairs may need to consult us either by email or call us together for one more teleconference. Hopefully, this will not be necessary.
