Dear CWG Members,

Staff and the co-chairs look forward to the face to face session in Buenos Aires, scheduled for 8:00 – 9:00 am local time in Retiro B. Staff has prepared the attached initial working draft intended to provide a process-driven depiction of the CWG life cycle. This draft will form the basis of discussion for the session in Buenos Aires, though comments between now and then are certainly welcome.
