As per this morning’s CWG-IANA meeting # 84, I am circulating the RZERC member qualification criteria that was agreed within the IOTF mail list for your review:

· The RZERC is the group that will be reviewing issues relating to the architecture and operational systems for the DNS Root Zone as it evolves, and providing recommendations to the ICANN Board to ensure the security, stability, and resiliency of the root zone.

· Appointees to the RZERC must have a strong overall understanding of the Root Zone, and must be able to fully represent their appointing organization's particular interest in the root zone.

· Able to work and communicate in written and spoken English

· Effective communication skills
