Great job Grace.  I think it would be good to add ‘setup of the Standing Review Committee’ as an action item.  I think it might be good to insert it after item 7 so that all three of the root zone action items are together.

I apologize for the delay, but I have finally reviewed the implementation document per request on yesterday’s call. I have also verified that the RZM item and the item on PTI board have been cross-checked. 

Should we add an implementation action item for the setup of the Standing Review Committee for substantive changes to the RZMS?
