I have two rapporteurs so far:

RFP1-2A-2B — Chuck Gomes

RFP2C — Allan MacGillivray

Still need a rapporteur for RFP3A and RFP3B (or if you would like, you can propose a rapporteur for combined RFP3 work such as what RFP1-2A-2B did in selecting Chuck).

I will send a note to start the thread on the RFP3 list.

Dear All,

I am sorry to trouble you once more. But as discussed today during the call the sub-groups can decide whatever administrative mechanisms they feel serves them best.

Sub-groups 1, 2A, 2B, 2C,3A, 3B have to report who their rapporteurs and/or coordinators are by the end of this week – Friday, October 31.

Each group can report their rapporteurs and coordinators to Grace.
