I think the question of anonymity was partly due to a confusion about how the template would work, so I’ll clarify here in simplified steps.
As we noted on the call, the template is a suggestion (strongly encouraged) for submission of comments, but it is not the only way to submit comments. Any comments submitted to the public comment forum will be considered, just as we have done for the past Public Comment. The template simply allows for a guide to submitting feedback, and also facilitates analysis and incorporation once the public comment period is closed.
