Attached is a chart reflecting revised comments from Sidley on the "Proposed Principal Terms of IANA IPR Agreements."  These reflect the outstanding comments by Sidley on this document.

Sidley's comments are in the second column.  The third column consists of potential responses or action items for the CWG based on Sidley's responses; these are proposed by the Client Committee.
