On behalf of Design Team M, please find attached for your consideration the current thinking of DT M in relation to escalation mechanisms. The DT recognises the interlinkage with DT A and C and as such is conscious that further updates may need to be made as a result of the work of those DTs as well as any feedback received from the full CWG.

Please note that DT M would like feedback from the full CWG in Istanbul regarding the escalation steps proposed, after which the steps will be refined accordingly and further details added.
