Comments from DT C not completely clear - does reserving step 2 only for direct customers address concern? Concern about not having an option for non-direct customers to raise an issue if they see something that is wrong. It has not been an issue to date - number of complaints from non-direct customers are very limited. It would only get to CSC if issue cannot be addressed by IANA team.
Send draft transmittal note to DT M after this call - comments to be provided within approx. 4 hours following which it will
be sent to full CWG. (Need to acknowledge concerns regarding role of CSC in the resolution process, but someone will need
to make the decisions - if not CSC, who would it be? Complaints are not expected to be excessive - at least not based on current data)
