Hi,

I tend to agree with Donna on getting some convergence on the roles of PTI (board). I also note that client committee did indeed share a document with proposed roles and cost relating to PTI.

Will be good to have the review of that document on the agenda.

I have a question in relation to the agenda item: PTI Board Composition.

 

Has the role/function/responsibilities been decided and if so where can I find this information. I don’t believe this is included in the ‘2^nd draft proposal’ but I’m happy to stand corrected.

 

If the CWG has not yet reached a common understanding of the potential role/function/responsibilities of the PTI Board, can I suggest that we have that conversation first and reach some form of agreement before we have any discussion about composition.
