Thanks for doing this.  I think the intro message is well done.  But I have one suggestion:  The link provided for the current version of the review tool takes people to a large list of documents;  for me as an insider, I was able to readily find the latest review tool link, but I am not sure that most people will be able to do that;  if possible, I suggest providing a direct link to the latest version of the review tool, realizing that this will have to be updated as newer versions are created and ready for public posting.
