Hello Paul,
We too would like to help you finalize the Service Level Expectation
document and are awaiting all necessary authorizations to release the
documents in question.
May I suggest, in the mean time, that we schedule another teleconference
with Design Team A to review line by line the SLEs that are in the draft
document to understand what is requested and to provide preliminary feedback
on feasibility of implementation. This would enable the design team to
continue work on refining its draft.
