Attached are Sidley’s comments on the revised CWG proposal.  Our comments are reflected in tracked changes to the marked version circulated on June 3 (word document titled Final Transition Proposal).  We have also attached a redline showing only our incremental changed pages (pdf document titled Sidley Comments…).

 

In addition, attached is a draft of language expressing the conditionality of the CWG proposal on the requisite CCWG accountability mechanisms.  This is marked against current paragraph 105 in the CWG proposal.
