Attached are the latest versions of RFP 2A, RFP 2B, RFP 2C, and RFP 3. Staff is still compiling comments on Principles and RFP1 and will circulate those documents shortly. Please note the following about the attached documents:

- RFP 2C — the two documents remain unchanged since our meeting last Thursday. They are re-attached here for your convenience.
- RFP 3 — this matrix document includes Stephanie's edits (now Strawman 1A) and Kurt and Avri's edits on top of Stephanie's. The document may be easier to view in Google Docs here.
