Attached is a revised draft of the CWG-related ICANN bylaws, clean and marked against the draft from November 6.  We have also attached a list of remaining open questions.

We also understand that ICANN legal will be taking these and working on a draft that moves sections into attached policies and appendices, as appropriate.

Will CWG be forwarding this to the ICANN Bylaws working group or should we?
