Dear Chuck and DT-O members,

I realized a few days ago that I never sent the attached graph, depicting the tentative budget process that Elise and I had presented to you as a suggested approach to address the spirit and objective of the CWG proposal, rather than strictly reflecting the specific “9 months in advance” formulated in the proposal.

There were discussions during the CWG today on the topic and I thought useful to send this to you now.
