In Section 7.6.3 of the Bylaws (see redline version), why was this sentence deleted: “Upon request, the Secretary shall exhibit or cause to be exhibited at all reasonable times to any Director, or to his or her agent or attorney, these Bylaws and the minute book.”

Similarly, in Section 7.6.4 of the Bylaws (see redline version), why was the end of the following sentence deleted: “The treasurer of the Corporation (the “Treasurer”) shall (a) keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained, adequate and correct books and records of accounts of the properties and transactions of the Corporation (which shall be open to inspection by any Director at any reasonable time) . . .”
