The letters look fine to me. But I have a different concern: I thought a request for volunteers/nominees was going to made to the CWG and unless I have missed it, I don’t think that has happened. Considering the short time frame we have, I assumed that would have been done yesterday.

Please note that they currently retain in [square brackets] the names of the two CWG Co-chairs as representatives and Greg Shatan as the prospective Names Community CCG Co-chair.
The fact that they are in [square brackets] that these are not the agreed names at this stage.
