Attached is the CSC Design Team scoping document prepared by Staffan Jonson and myself. It is our intention to speak to this document during the next CWG call. However, I would welcome comments and feedback prior to the call that may help me understand where there are potential issues of concern or areas of agreement.

I would add that this exercise is a little challenging absent an understanding of other yet to be determined elements of the CWG proposal.
