Ops @Jonathan, if the action item above refer to setting final date for already proposed DT's outcomes (and not final date to propose DTs) then it will have addressed my suggestion on DT made in another thread (ref subject: [CWG-Stewardship] Updated version of the Status Overview for the CWG DTs). I would really wish that fundamental questions relating to what is structurally possible/feasible would be addressed as much as possible before Istanbul
· Would only take on accountability-related work if the direction came from the CCWG (meeting with them later today to have this conversation)

· Core task is to advise on legal issues as CWG explores solutions for transition and that's what the Sidley team is built for. Rick and Cam have experience in the political world and can help explain, down the road, what the issues will be with that aspect.
Great! how about we have about 5+ solutions right now...i guess that should keep Sidley's hands full enough ;-)
