What I understood is that the GAC plans to develop a set of "high level principles" to feed into the IANA and accountability related processes. Maybe we can hear more about at the joint GAC/GNSO meeting lateron.

The gist of it was that we've got a huge job ahead of us and that a number of GAC members recognize that this is where the action is.
