Thank you for your feedback and comments on the draft RZERC term sheet. We have discussed all edits and comments provided by the CWG during the last IOTF call on Friday, 20 May. After careful review, consideration, and discussion, some of the comments and edits were reflected in an updated version of the document. Others did not. Attached are redline and clean versions of the updated draft RZERC term sheet. As next step, ICANN will reflect the content of the term sheet into a Charter format.
