The CWG Stewardship has reviewed the draft letter and undertaken a series of edits to address various points.

We believe that the current draft, attached in both redline & clean format, deals with all of the issues raised prior to, during and after our discussion with you at the most recent CWG meeting.

Accordingly, please can you review the attached draft and prepare a final version, which may or may not include any further recommended changes from you, by 16h00 UTC Monday 21 December 2015.

We will then transmit that final version to the CCWG Co-Chairs, to the CCWG Chartering Organizations and into the CCWG Public Comment before the 23h59 deadline on Monday 21 December.

If you need additional time to prepare the final version (e.g. 18h00 UTC Monday), please let us know as soon as possible.
