Almost forgot the strategist's mantra: 'follow the money always!'. So, very useful indeed.

Um, well.......this outlay appears like I've seen in a conglomerate's budget; a placeholder, just enough to keep the lights on.

I'm looking for the outlays from the previous (2014-2015) budget year to see what, if anything, has changed.
