I didn’t even notice the change but my understanding was that the choices would stay the same as in the first survey.

Did we have a reason for switching from Strongly Agree to Completely Agree.
And why did we do that?
And do we really mean completely?!

I know as a member I am not answering for myself but for a group, but i can't imagine many things in this world that either I or the NCSG agrees with completely.
When you add ambiguity to the questions and the answers, it becomes even more unlikely.
