Here is a redline version of IANA Stewardship Transition CWG RFP Section 1 Proposal Version 2 that highlights all of the changes made to the original sent to the CWG list based on CWG input.  Note that many of the comments submitted by CWG participants were retained to make it clear where and/or why edits were made or not.

Questions and comments are welcome on this list.  If you want to propose additional edits, please create a clean version of the file, make the edits on the clean version, save the file with your name and send it to this list.  We will create a version three next week if needed.
