Other than one spelling error in 7.f (establsih), I think this should be ready to go.  It seems to me that the selection process of a law firm needs to be started as close to immediately as possible if we are going to be able to start the process of obtaining legal advice by mid-February.

At this point, any suggested changes should be limited to minor tweaks/corrections or to correct extremely major errors and omissions.  Keep in mind that this document is a tool to procure legal counsel, so it needs to be put to use rather than be in eternal edit mode.
