Attached is the CRISP Team observation on IPR.
It is not fully brushed up nor articulate in terms of wording, as the CRISP
Team wanted to deliver this to the CWG as early as possible, but all the
points to be shared with the CWG are covered.

We hope this serves as a reference in your discussions, and we would be
happy to provide any additional information, clarifications needed for
discussions in the CWG.
