AS specified below, ICANN has created the RZERC charter based on the term sheet circulated below and circulated for IOTF’s review. Based on the IOTF’s feedback, we have finalized the draft version of the RZERC Charter, which is attached in this e-mail. I wanted to inform you that this draft RZERC Charter will be posted for 30-day Public Comment later today.

Dear members of the CWG,

Thank you for your feedback and comments on the draft RZERC term sheet. We have discussed all edits and comments provided by the CWG during the last IOTF call on Friday, 20 May. After careful review, consideration, and discussion, some of the comments and edits were reflected in an updated version of the document. Others did not. A record of the discussion is available at https://www.icann.org/stewardship-implementation under Meetings & Work Sessions|IOTF call #9.

Attached are redline and clean versions of the updated draft RZERC term sheet. As next step, ICANN will reflect the content of the term sheet into a Charter format.
