Seems ok to me, but I would want this group to speak to that change. 

BTW if this DT-N plan is even close to ok, there are still few volunteers to work on it.  If we need to come up with a set of draft answers before the meeeting next week, we should probably get started.

Unless of course DT-C is already doing this, something I have not been able to confirm one way or another.
