Negative!!! rfp3 is for discussing response to section 3 of the ICG request simple! I don't see where its indicated that this list is for contract co discussion. I don't think its right to associate being productive to this particular issue because what is to be discussed is within scope! Again it would not have mattered much to me if a new list was created but trying to imply some form of seclusion or interference is what i am strongly opposed to!
