Proposal 2.1 * Goal is have proposal comparable to the other proposals and responds to RFP * Kurt Pritz suggested DT map (uploaded in AC): goes through 4 oversight tasks -- monitor IANA performance; authorization function; approve IANA operations changes; designates IANA provider. * For 'monitor IANA performance' looks like CWG can address the whole column * Sections 4&5 are light.
