I have attached suggested changes and comments to Section III of the latest draft of the Proposal. These are marked in track changes, on top of the track changes already in the document. Most of the sections read quite well; most of my changes were in some of the more recently worked sections, which were "medium rare" as of our prior call. Greg Shatan
