This version was previously supported by the Integration Panel.

The Panel members also supported this one and had not fundamental comments and remarks.

Please,  if you have to submit proposals to the text and mark them with color.


If you want will take participation in discussion tomorrow via Skype-session, please, contact me or Iliya (S:nalthea). Preliminary time for Skype-session 1000UTC or 1100UTC 11 Oct.

After tomorrow session the text will be accessible to any remarks up to Wed,  14 Oct.


Please, be very carefully to fill information about yourself and the organization you represent in relevant tables.

During the discussion, it was suggested:

1) encourage all participants in a working group to finalize the document.

2) during the Saturday (10 Oct) and Sunday (11 Oct) to finish the document.

3) method of communication is Skype, the time will be determine tomorrow in the maillist. 

the first proposition - 10:00UTC 10 Oct.

4) submit the final version to the maillist to all members of the Panel.
