Dear all,

I will support Vladimir’s proposal to ommit table 3 from the Proposal for the Cyrillic generation panel

This table should be included in one of the documents which we have to create in the future. There are few reasons why table 3 should be ommited:

1. We did not discuss table 3 thoroughly, so it might be incoplete.

2. It is not good practice mixing in the same documents the tasks that the panel has to fulfill, and some tables that might be the results of panel work.

3. My opinion is that this table will create confusion if we include it in the very first document.

Also I have mentioned in one of my earlier mails that

The first few lines of our document are the statements what scripts are the subject of our GP.

Looking at MSR -2 , Page 11 the script

Cyrs 221 Cyrillic (Old Church Slavonic variant)

is not included in MSR because it is not recommanded for use as an identifier in

UAX#31

I am sure that we cannot incude in our proposal the script that is not included in MSR.

Hi Yuiiy and All,

So what about my proposal to delete Table 3 from the document (I think Sarmad suggested essentially the same)? I haven't heard any discussion in support or objections to this proposal. Does anybody else think it should stay in there?
