Very Important notes.

First, as I tried to explain, there is no round tables, panels or workshops on TLDCON. Only sessions about one topic (for example IDN), with 4-5 presentations during session. After each presentation, audience ask the questions.
I'm sorry, Yuliya and Daniel, but there is no opportunity for workshop, panel, or round table, and for moderator / only presenter.
And this is the good time to ask You all - Yuriy, Iliya, Dmitry and myself, we'll be there - so, who can be the presenter? Yuriy? Any other volunteers?

Back to presentation, for now we have suggestion on very short intro-presentation like this>

1. who we are
2. what are we doing
3. where are we right now (stage of forming, our Proposal...)
4. why this is important for ccTLDs and gTLDs
5. why this is important for language communities at large
6. how You can join our group

This presentation is 10/15 min tops. After that we could have wider discussion with all in the room.

Yuriy, Yuliya, Vladimir, Daniel, is this inline with Your suggestions?
Or am I wrong? Please, maybe I didn't catch everything right.

And if this summary of presentation is ok with You all, I would like to ask another question - do we have a volunteers for making draft of presentation?

I confess, I missed one very important nuance - "out of the TLDCON agenda", i.e. outside the TLDCON agenda. I good remember the skeptical remark of Andrew Kolesnikov about "some special knowledge" during IDN session on TLDCON'14 :-).

So I think that in the frameworks of official program TLDCON we have not any chance for inclusion this point.
