Dear Dusan, Yuri, all,

First of all, many thanks to Dusan and Yuri for the great first draft and a global idea of the skeleton of the draft. 

I'm fine with the proposed, just one non-substantial remark for the section 3.2, I guess we need to mention July 2016 (see the mentioned section).

Also, I have a question/suggestion if it could be useful to have a mid-term stakeholder discussion on what will be produced (like beginning of the next year for example). I mean to have for example a kind of workshop (once we have a substantial paper) at ICANN/other to get the view of the community and specifically invite those from the regions we work on to give substantial inputs.  Just my two cents from policy perspective. 

I do also agree with Vladimir about the need of linguists input, but this was already discussed.

Please apologize once again for my belated reading of the paper.

The Panel members also supported this one and had not fundamental comments and remarks.
