The conference call has already been rescheduled a number of times per request of the chair. Provided the number of people participating in the group reserve this timeslot in their calendar I do not think it is an efficient way to manage group work.

Normally if the chair can't attend a scheduled call, there is a substitute who handles the call and the work can continue.

Also just wanted to confirm what is the term of the current chair and if we're going to have an election process soon.
