I suggest to leave the table no. 3.
Reasons:
1) This table, in general, gives an idea about of the Code Points set which should be considered.
2) This table gives us the preliminary estimate of a diversity at this stage, starting stage.
3) This table at this stage isn't considered as final result of work, this table will be surely considered during next stages and will be perhaps modified
4) All that we discussed concerning an inclusion assessment - to consider language or not in according EGIDS levels - we will do at the following stage.
5) One of the aim of this stage - to create system of coordinates for the subsequent work. The table no. 3 sets one of axes of such system of coordinates.
