Thank You, Yuliya, it helps a lot!
Thanks also to the rest of You!

Today, I will ask PC about time and possible presentation, and I will let You know what is the answer.
If there is a green light (I think that it will be green), from all that You sad, I suggest that we all participate in forming one basic presentation and I would like to see some suggestion on topics that we need to cover.
For example, my suggestion>
1. who we are
2. what are we doing
3. where are we right now (stage of forming)
4. why this is important for ccTLDs
5. how You can join our group.
Simple, 5-6 slides, and rest is discussion.

Do You think this is ok or we need to add something else?
I think also that we can use this kind of presentation for all future events (smaller ones, domestic, regional...) where we can show our work. Do You think it's ok?

Regards,
Dusan

Dear Dusan, all,

I'll not be attending the event. But my understanding is that the workshop is needed when we can present a solid outcome or the progress done on something, in our case a kind of very first and consistent draft. I'm not sure we are ready to have a solid presentation of something.

But I think a roundtable or a kind of meeting where we can gather the opinion of other participants, as the event will gather the representatives of the South-Eastern and Eastern Europe, so potential experts, can be useful.

To sum up, I don't think the workshop is needed, but an open discussion in an open format can be useful for further input to the draft we have.

I hope this helps, Yuliya

Thank You Dmitry and Iliya!
So far we can see that the desired form is presentation, not workshop.
Is there any other opinion, or we can start to make together one presentation about our group?
Yuliya, Nelly, Mira... Any other thoughts?

Dusan

Dear All,

I don't feel that a special workshop is needed - most of the people follow the topic in any case, AND I don't think a workshop would fit in the agenda. But as Dmitry said, a simple presentation with status update would be good - attendees will be interested.

So Dusan, if you have the possibility, I think you should ask them for a presentation.

Best regards,
Iliya

Getting additional members into the group would be indeed a good thing to do.

Unfortunately, not having been involved with ccTLDs I can't really judge whether the venue is good for this purpose. If attendance from the regions that are not covered by our group is expected, then it should probably be a good idea to organise some outreach to them during this conference.

So I trust our ccTLD members in this effort.

Dear Dusan, All,

Dusan, thanks for clarification and explanation.

I confess, I missed one very important nuance - "out of the TLDCON agenda", i.e. outside the TLDCON agenda. I good remember the skeptical remark of Andrew Kolesnikov about "some special knowledge" during IDN session on TLDCON'14 :-).

So I think that in the frameworks of official program TLDCON we have not any chance for inclusion this point.

Yuri

Dear Yuriy, all,

I must be open as always, and I don't like this start. Let start differently, in a true MSH way, and not top down.

I want to ask the group> do we want to have presentation (workshop or session or...) on TLDCON?

The idea of workshop is questionable.

I already mentioned that I am member of PC, and the agenda (already full) doesn't include workshops at any kind.

To organize workshop - it can be in the form of one session or one side event (but TLDCON doesn't have side events).

As far as I know, there is no possibility to organize workshop, but I will try to ask them.

But, first, I want to hear from the group, and as I sad already, I will help in any way I can, if the group wants to have something on this event.

Regards,

Dusan

Dear Sarmad, All, It's real good possibility to reach progress in our join work. I'm planned to be on this venue. And if we can provide Cyrillic GP workshop during TLDCON'15 it's will great. Dear Yuriy, All,

This would be a good venue to present the progress of Cyrillic GP with the community and invite additional membership interest.  Would Cyrillic GP members consider submitting a proposal for a workshop at the conferenc
