Document Proposal..., that is now ready for voting, as Sarmad confirmed several times, is not a Holly Bible.
If we find that there are more than 31 languages, we will inform IP and change our scope of work (this is already written at the end of this document).
Also, there will be fluctuation regarding participants, maybe changes in roles, or some other changes - we will be in constant changes until the time when we are ready to give final result of our work.
For now, we saw this much, and this is on the table as our Proposal.

So, please, can I kindly invite You to VOTE FOR or AGAINST this document.
Technical redaction of the document will be done by Dmitry.

I think, we have to have right explanation how the list of languages for our panel is compiled.
