As we pass the deadline for contribution, and based on what we got from the first final proposal, it’s my pleasure to send you near final document, which is in attach.

Please, before sending to IP, which can be done in next 7 days, please look at the document and make a comment. All comments are welcome.

On next Sunday, 25 of December, I will send final document to IP.

Specially for members of GP from Ukraine and Belarus, you can find in this document a formal answer regarding Apostrophe.
