Dear Dusan, thanks, but I think, it's was my fault and you can blame me for misunderstanding and a possible a lack of communication.
You are absolutely right when formulated 2 current tasks that we have to finish.
However, we need to think and solve the next task - public comments for MSR-2, and - dear Vladimir,  could you prepare the draft of Public comments for MSR-2 (based on the material in our Dropbox)?

It would be very nice and constructive if you posted it vision (as a draft and base for future work)  within this email-list.
Then everyone member of Panel could take part in the relevant discussion including call-conference.
Anyone who wants to take part in the preparation and discussion draft of the Public comments can contact to Vladimir and me.
Vladimir, one more request - could you prepare Doodle with a survey about time-frame of the call-conference with subject: draft Public comments for MSR-2.

A Generation Panel (GP) is formally seated on receipt of a formal proposal from it.  So far Arabic, Chinese and Armenian panels have been seated, and two more GPs have submitted their proposals and are close to being seated.

We encourage all GPs in-formation to focus on developing the proposal as a first step in their work, as this helps defining its scope of work and its plan for undertaking it.  We will also encourage Cyrillic GP to start work on developing this proposal as well. A sample outline is attached for reference.

I saw it on the slides from the Singapore meeting that the Cyrillic Panel, unlike some other panels has not yet been formally seated. Could you please clarify what the procedure is to finalise the formation of a panel, and what are the outstanding items for the Cyrillic panel?
