Dear All,

At first, many thanks for all for discussion on "Table no. 3"

To  my  mind,  Dusan  correctly  underlined  that the document clearly
indicates the need to formulate our proposals relative to MSR/LGR.
Moreover, such proposals - is our main aim.
I think we should separate two aspects of this question:

(1)  organizational  aspect  which  concern  with process of discussion;
about this wrote Mirjana "...We did not discuss table 3 thoroughly..."
and
(2) subject aspect - content of the table no. 3 "as such".

If   analyze   (1)   -   yes,   we  didn't have full-format discussion
(thoroughly)  issue  "Table  no.  3".  We  had only (a) information in
Dropbox  during  few  month, (b) the will to analyze this information,
(c)   few  common  debates  during  last  conf-call and during private
discussions, and (d) current emailing.
Ok, I can agree - that is maybe not enough.
But "not enough" in what conditions?
For starting stage - I not sure that is "not enough".

If  analyze (2) - please, find, detailed Sarmad comment

In  any  way,  we  shall  discussed  point  "Table  no. 3" during next
conf-call   at  Thursday. Yet, in this email, I will nothing not write
nor to estimate on  this matter.

Regards,
Yuri

P.S.  About  of  small  work  groups, please, find in the last version
