Dear Mirjana,

Thanks for good remarks and propositions.
They are completely adds and develop the existing proposal.

1) Our first aim - fill in the tables in our draft of Proposal for the Generation Panel for the Cyrillic Script Label Generation Ruleset for the Root Zone which i wrote and Sarmad put in Dropbox
Once again, pls, fill in the necessary tables, because in these tables should be original and basic information for our future work

2) second step - what the confusion may exist - we mean concrete Code Points - in various Cyrillic scripts (they should be defined in doc accord. 1) )relative Greek and Latin scripts?
this step to do in organization form of "small working groups"; and again taking into account results fill in the tables of doc in 1)

3) The next step - general work on finalization of (a) Code Points, (b) Variants, (c) Whole Label Rules, (d) LGR - for transfer our summary results to Integration Panel.

And certainly we will use methodological help from all Generation Panels which goes forward us.

Now we should to fill in and finalize work on the tables in doc "Proposal for Generation Panel..." and after this work to build "confusion tables" corresponding to various Cyrillic scripts.

Dear GP members,

My opinion is that  all members of the group should find the time and read  very instructive text
Setting up and Running a Generation Panel. My understanding is that  Integration panel expects to get our work structured as it is recommanded in this text.

1.       According to the document Setting up and running a generation panel we are in the very first phase  i.e -  2.2 Composition and Diversity. All memebrs should fill the tables  in the document  ( Chapters 1 and 2) which Sarmad put in DROPBOX, Setting up the Cyrillic Generation Panel.docx.   Afer a while we shall have clear situation how many members are willing to participate in this GP. If we have lack of diversity we should find the way to include participants from  missing communities.

2.       For the  next phase there is also a good example in Chinese and Arabic GP   how the tasks are structured. The emty copy  of that document   is  attached to this mail, and the link is

https://community.icann.org/display/croscomlgrprocedure/Arabic+Script+GP

My proposition is that  the calls for the next conference should be organized using Doodle, because holidays  are comming, and everybody has differnet obligations in this period of the year.

Best Regards

Subject: [Cyrillicgp] Working Plan of Cyrillic GP. Draft 1.0

Dear ALL,

Pls, find the first draft of Working plan Cyrillic GP. Plan was prepared on basis of methodological assistance from Arabic Script GP.
Idea of Plan:
1. First step - identify "national" cases of confusion Code Points relative to the Greek/Latin scripts and forming common confusion tables for Cyrillic
2. Second step - the work on the principles of inclusion, exclusion and deferral for some Cyrillic Code Points and formation options for Variants of including letters in LGR
3. Third step - the work on LGR for Cyrillic script and prepare them for transferring to the Integration Panel

I'm not sure that took into account all notes, comments and suggestions - please make adjustments of plan.

Vladimir, sorry for not answering email, but I hope that criteria for dividing and the function of small group will be clear from text of the Plan.

Also allow me remind about 15th Dec, if somebody not in time, pls, inform - maybe we will move the timeline.

Thanks.

Dear ALL,

At first - thanks for participation in conference.

Allow me to draw some preliminary results.

We are decided that:

1) filling of the tables in the document should be finished before December 15.
Pls, keep your attention - if you have any questions about completing the tables - ask me.
2) Chair of the Cyrillic GP (Ch-CGP) will prepare a draft work plan on December 12-13.
Please send your suggestions for work plan.
I would like to suggest - plan is document in which we can make changes after a joint relevant decision.
The plan should consist the subjects of work, milestones and timelines.
3) On the basis of plan points we will create a small working groups.
Scope of the small groups activity will depend on the content of the work plan.

I might miss something, pls, any material

Once again, thanks for participation and sorry for some of technical troubles.
