I think you have to take into consideration only Georgian letters which are specified in
https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/msr-2-non-cjk-13apr15-en.pdf
page 83.
Letters that are in yellow are proposed to be used in creation of TLD labels.
There might be some changes in MSR till the end of the work, it depends of the Georgian GP, that is not constitued yet. I think, in the first round, only letters that are in MSR will be taken into consideration.
Same approach is valid for Coptic script too. Coptic script is in the same document page 20 togeather with Greek script.
