Dear Dmitry, all,
My vocation is vice-chair (if I correctly understood), and Sarmad is only trying to say that Yuriy and me was the ones that call for a meeting.
Yes, we did so, but I was talking with Yuriy about asking the group when is suitable for most of participants to have a meeting. Doodle-kind of thing. And it didn't happend.
I can understand that we are trying to finish this proposal before Dublin, and that's why we are in a hurry, which will not be done if we continue to avoid obligation and work - me included.
From this perspective, I was trying to engage some of You to finish this doc. Nothing happened until now. On the last meeting there were almost no participants, so we postponed the call for this week.
And the fact is that proposed doc is acceptable for IP, we need only to polish it. I can do it, but then we can call this group Dusan's private Cyrillic gp, and this will be so wrong.
So please, send me some text, I will be editor (as I was real editor-in-chief before in my life, it's perfect). Let's try this time to do the work properly.
I am waiting for Your contribution. You can find doc in my previous mails. Thank You in advance and sorry if I was put of the line with this mail.
