According to proposed algorithm of finalization "Proposal..." today (10 Oct) at 1100UTC will working Skype-session.

Dear ALL,

Dear members of the Panel allowe me to submit the results of the conf-call of 8 October.

During the discussion, it was suggested:

1) encourage all participants in a working group to finalize the document.

2) during the Saturday (10 Oct) and Sunday (11 Oct) to finish the document.

3) method of communication is Skype, the time will be determine tomorrow in the maillist.

the first proposition - 10:00UTC 10 Oct.

4) submit the final version to the maillist to all members of the Panel.

5) set a deadline for acceptance of proposals and comments on the finish document - Wed, October 14th, 21:00 UTC

6) if the comments will be receive to coordinate their until Friday, 16 Oct, 12:00 UTC and send the final version to the IP on Friday 16 October, 12:01

7) if will not comments send the final version to the IP on Wed, October 14th, 21:01 UTC
