Hello, just a kind reminder not to forget to include Modifier letter apostrophe U+02BC in our draft for upgrade. According to linguistic understanding this is a letter, and the letter have to be included. We here think that there should be the right for the applicants to apply for such TLDs. i.e. including of the U+02BC letter means the opportunity for ANY applicants to realize RIGHT to ANY TLD in mother language. _____

Is the letter U+02BC (Ukrainian/Belorussian apostrophe) included into the tables? It is allowed in the УКР/БЕЛ TLDs, so it makes some sense to include it.
