Colleagues 

Good afternoon.  I had a constructive dialogue with the ICRC (Charlotte Lindsey Curtet) early this morning.  

She was pleased that the facilitated discussions are moving ahead and that their issues (the protection of National ICRC /Red Cross Society Names) may well be on a separate track from the wider IGO protection issue (they only have five acronyms). 

She noted that Mark Carvell has kindly submitted her name and that of her colleague (Stephane Hawkins) to join the discussion list.  

Charlotte intends to come to Copenhagen for relevant disucssions there though hopes there will be a dialogue before that.
